What can you do?

Everyone can help in the battle to keep children safe by raising awareness of the issue to colleagues and peers. However those who work specifically with children have a critical responsibility to ensure children’s rights are maintained by identifying signs of abuse and ensuring it is signposted correctly. It is not acceptable for accidents and oversights to happen, however several well publicised cases have highlighted that they do.

Children’s safety is at the top of the agenda in many organisations and it has become apparent that some don’t have the experience or capacity to dedicate to this serious issue.

Our team partner organisations to help overcome their specific challenges in ensuring the safety of children. We can work alongside Local Safeguarding Children’s Boards, Social Services and Directorates to help address such issues. We are able to provide organisations with a vast resource of knowledge and experience to ensure they are meeting their obligations in the challenge of keeping children safe.
