We have successfully supported over 3,000 organisations to achieve the prestigious accreditation by working in partnership with our customers to ensure they receive maximum business benefit from engaging with the standard. The importance and verification of good customer service has always been imperative to provide a good service, as such, the standard is available to all organisations within the public, private and third sector.
We have a dedicated office-based team and over 20 accredited assessors who are keen to support organisations through the process. Many of our assessors have been involved in CSE, and formally Charter Mark since its inception in 1992 and all have undergone training and rigorous testing by G4S In addition all assessors are CRB checked.
Our aim is to support organisations along the route towards successful accreditation and we have adapted our systems to make the process as convenient as possible. You can apply using our dynamic online application tool which has been developed to support the standard and ensure gathering evidence is an efficient process.
